Located in Needham Center, Charles River Ballet Academy helps students develop clean classical technique and good artistic expression while making ballet a fun and positive experience for all. At CRBA, students of all ages, levels, and abilities receive high quality training in a nurturing and fun environment. Artistry is developed alongside technique as students are encouraged to experience the joy of dance at every step of their training. CRBA is a fun place where students gather to laugh, feel good, and support their friends, all while striving toward new goals in the art of ballet. We are thrilled to provide a dance home to our students. Performing is an important and exciting part of a dancer's development. Through Nutcracker Sweet shows in December, June Workshop Performances at the school year's end, and a Young Choreographers Exhibition and Variation's Exhibitions students age 3-18 have multiple opportunities to explore the artistry of dancing before an audience. From Ballet Together for age 2-3 and Pre-Ballet classes, to structured classes based on age and level, that progress to advanced high school students dancing several times per week at a high level, as well as adult classes, CRBA has classes for everyone in the community. From studio to stage, CRBA is a joyful place to dance and grow.
